This tiny tutorial will help you to check page loading time of your blog so that you can give your readers a better user experience.

You know that starting a blog is as simple as said. You can easily start your blog/business within seconds on different platforms like Google Blogger, Self-Hosted WordPress, Tumblr etc. But this is much difficult to keep running a blog for a long time.
You will get tons of up and downs in your blogging journey. You will get penalized by Google Panda, visitors will be reduced and so many difficulties.
Page Speed is one of the biggest issue with most of the bloggers because they are not take care of it and this habit is totally against of Google. Google always try to give better result to their users and “Page Speed” is one of them which cause less readership/visitor.
This is a common fact that you don’t want to open a site which is taking a lot of times. May be the site is giving correct result but due to high page loading time, you won’t open the site again. Isn’t it?
The same matter happens with your own blog reader too. So, you need to check page loading time of your blogand reduce page loading time as well. But this is not possible to determine which is taking more time to load. That’s where page loading time checkers come in.

How to check page loading time of your blog?

There are so many tools those assist us to improve page loading time of our blog. But today I am going to introduce some of them.

GTMetrix:

GTmetrix is a great tool and my first preference ever. You can surely improve page loading time of your blog. Just go to the homepage of GTmetrix and enter your URL before hitting enter. It will give you a detailed information by which you can certainly improve your loading time.

Pingdom:

Pingdom is another great tool just like GTmetrix. But it provides more data. It will show specific line of code which is taking more time to load. It is simpler than GTmetrix in terms of using. You could get server error details, redirection etc.

Google Page Speed Insights:

This is something different tool which is produced by Google Developers to check page loading time of your blog. You will get two different results; one for mobile users and last one for desktop users. Go to Google Page Speed Insights
That’s it! Although I have mentioned only four tools to check page loading time of your blog but you can also use other tools like WebToolHub etc. to do the similar thing.
